A Couple of Guys, a Big Idea, and Cement

I told you yesterday about a group of people who got an idea to build a school in the bush in Northern Uganda. A couple people packed up their things, moved to an empty field in Africa and started building. They were so busy thinking about the possibilities, they forgot about the obstacles.
Jesus talked a lot about being misunderstood. He told His friends that people would think they were crazy to do what they did – but like these guys, they packed up their things and did it anyway. They went out two at a time as well. And all they really had was a big idea. No plan, no committee, no tools. It was just an idea about a big God, who came as a kid, who loves kids, and said we would learn a lot from kids if we’d make time and a place for them in our lives. These guys are making a place for 250 kids.
