Dear Friends,
Great news from Gulu! Progress continues on the new Restore Leadership Academy school site, and we recently got a big helping hand from some friends. A group of NFL football players joined us again in Gulu to dig wells and foundations for the new school. 
Many thanks to Adrian Peterson and Bryant McKinnie of the Vikings, Roy Williams of the Bengals, Tommie Harris, formerly of the Bears, Vernon Davis of the 49ers, Vontae Davis of the Dolphins, Gerald McCoy of the Bucs, Mark Clayton of the Rams, and Derrick Morgan of the Titans. Pros for Africa organized this amazing trip.
The athletes got right to work with picks and shovels for the foundations, and drilled the first water well. It was a privilege to have such hard working folks committed to helping the students, and a lot of fun for the kids to get to meet some professional athletes.
Speaking of sports, our own athletes are tearing it up on the soccer field. Both the boys and girls soccer teams are the Champions of Northern Uganda and are off to the Republic of Uganda National Championships in the Capital. How cool is that?
